Requesting material and research for personal use
This page outlines procedures and agreements for those who wish to make an enquiry to the NFA for an area of personal research and do not intend to visit the archive reading room. This approach may be through letter, telephone call or email.
We will endeavour to reply to all enquiries within 14 days, for simple enquiries this will involve supplying information (if found), for more complex enquiries (see below) we will notify you about the possible options.
For a more complex enquiry charges will be made for the RESEARCH aspect and the PREPARATION and DELIVERY of any identified resources. Customers wishing to use this service are asked to closely check our terms, conditions and procedures listed below.
