Goose Fair Activity - 1962
The following images and notes come from Jack Leeson's
account of the Goose Fair pull-on and build-up in 1962. Jack travelled
up from Rugby by train with London-based enthusiast Philip Bradley. After
a very early start they arrived at Nottingham Victoria Station at 7-30am
to be greeted by "terribly windy weather". They both walked
to the Forest Fields, arriving 8-00am.
